艾田·扎克 ETIENNE ZACK

艾田.扎克，曾就读于温哥华的艾米丽.卡尔艺术和设计大学，蒙特利尔的康卡迪亚大学、和圣.劳伦特学院。

扎克将绘画看作一种记忆存储并延伸到哲学范畴。他的近作是他植根于东西方风景画多年来的创作顶峰。他扪心自问当代风景画看起来应该是怎样的时候，他的风景系列的特征慢慢形成。这些画作借鉴了我们奇妙的技术和工程创新，同时也反映了地球自然栖息地的快速崩溃和变化。在这些绘画中，形式和情感的感知被有意地扰乱了。扎克反思在我们生活中新改变的中介存在模式如何影响我们的感受、思考和适应我们的周围环境。这些画布是试图拼凑回我们自己和我们感受的环境的破碎图像。
